The service

AquaLog is a single-site water-hygiene logbook for UK duty-holders. It keeps an outlet register, auto-schedules monthly sentinel hot and cold temperatures, weekly flushing of little-used outlets, an annual review reminder, retains five years of records, and produces an audit-ready PDF on demand.

AquaLog keeps and produces records. It does not replace a competent person's legionella risk assessment where one is required. You remain responsible for meeting your duties under ACoP L8 and HSG274.

Waitlist and pricing

The waitlist is free. No card is required to join. By joining you give us permission to email you about the founder pilot and to ask one or two short validation questions by reply.

Prices shown on the site are indicative until validated. The first paying pilots will be invited at the figure shown on the site, currently fifteen pounds per site per month, billed monthly or annually.

Acceptable use

Use AquaLog for sites you are authorised to manage. Do not use it to misrepresent compliance status, to upload information you are not allowed to share, or to disrupt the service for others.

We may suspend access if a request to do so comes from a regulator or if the service is being used to harm others.

Disclaimer and liability

AquaLog is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. Water-hygiene compliance depends on many factors outside our software, including the readings you record and the actions you take on site.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AquaLog is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees you have paid us for the relevant site in the prior twelve months.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the product takes shape. Continued use after an update means you accept the change.
