What we collect

Information you submit. When you join the AquaLog waitlist or write to us, we collect what you give us: your email address, your role at the site, the kind of setting you run (care home, dental, gym, or other), how many sites you manage, and your willingness-to-pay answer.

Usage analytics. We use PostHog (EU host by default) to understand how the site is used: pages viewed, scroll depth, and which buttons get clicked. This may set a cookie or store an identifier in your browser.

Technical data. Our hosting records standard request data such as IP address, browser type, and referring page. We use this only to keep the site running and to detect abuse.

How we use it

To run the waitlist and to email you when the founder pilot opens.

To learn whether single-site duty-holders would pay for AquaLog at the price shown on the site. That answer drives whether we build it.

To operate, secure, and improve the website.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the site: Web3Forms (form processor), PostHog (analytics), and our hosting provider Cloudflare. Each receives only what they need to do their job.

We may disclose information if required by law.

Data retention and your rights

We keep waitlist information for as long as needed to run the waitlist and to seed the founder pilot. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information at any time by writing to us.

Under UK GDPR you have rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and portability. We will action a request within thirty days.
